Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within the first 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product:

• It has not been used and is in perfect condition.

• Do not be a personalised product (these have no return, unless they are defective).

What are the valid reasons for returning without paying the shipping?

💖 We cover the cost of the return shipment if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

• There was an error in your order (incorrect product, poorly made personalised).

• The product does not correspond to what you used in our store.

📦 In these cases, we will send you a prepaid shipping list, you will only have to pack the product and take it to the package (or schedule the collection, depending on the service).

How do I request a refund?

1. Write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will evaluate your case in less than 48 hours.

3. If applicable, we will send you the prepaid guide.
