Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within the first 7 days after you receive your order, provided that the product:

It is unused and in perfect condition.

Do not be a personalised product (these have no return, unless they are defective).

What are the valid reasons for returning without paying shipping?

💖 We cover the cost of return shipping if:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

There was an error in your order (incorrect product, badly made personalised).

The product does not correspond to what you wore in our store.

📦 In these cases, we will send you a prepaid shipping guide, you will only have to pack the product and take it to the parcel (or schedule collection, depending on the service).

How do I request a refund?

1. Write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will evaluate your case in less than 48 hours.

3. If applicable, we will send you the prepaid guide.

4. When we receive the product back, we will give you a full refund or send you the change, you choose!

📌 Important: If the reason for the return is because you changed your mind, the return shipment is at your expense.
