Once your order is placed, your sleeve will be carefully made within 10–15 business days (often sooner — we’ll let you know!).

If you wash the entire bag, it is best to wash it by hand with cold water and a mild soap. If you use the washing machine, turn it over and select the gentle cycle with cold water. Try using a minimum of detergent
